Pregnancy and birth can feel both magical and overwhelming. There’s so much information out there that it can be overwhelming to find the answers you need. As a mother of three, I am no stranger to that feeling of overwhelm. I felt like there just wasn't enough time in the day to learn all that I needed to learn in time for my labor and birth.
That’s why I became a doula and childbirth educator and created the Birth Positions & Affirmations Printable Bundle—a simple, beautiful, practical set of tools you can actually use in pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.
In this post, I’ll walk you through:
What’s included in the bundle
How to use each part (with real-life ideas)
Who it’s for (and who it’s not for)
Why simple visual tools and affirmations can make a real difference in your birth experience
This is a digital download you can access instantly. You print it at home or at a local print shop and start using it right away.
The bundle includes:
Birth Positions Visual Guide (1 page)
A clear, easy-to-read chart of different labor and birth positions to help:
Encourage progress in labor
Support optimal fetal positioning
Give you options for comfort and pain relief without medication
Printable Birth Affirmations (2 pages)
Two full pages of positive affirmations for:
Pregnancy
Labor and birth
Early postpartum and those tender days after baby arrives
You can cut them out and place them next to your bed, on your bathroom mirror, in your birth space, or tuck them in your hospital bag.
When you’re actually in labor, it’s easy to:
Forget what you learned in your childbirth class
Feel stuck in one position because you’re tired or unsure what to try next
Rely completely on staff suggestions, even if they don't know what your body truly needs in that moment
A birth positions visual guide:
Gives you and your partner/support team quick, at-a-glance ideas
Helps your partner know how to suggest new positions when you’re too deep in labor to think
Encourages you to stay mobile and responsive to what your body needs
The guide in this bundle includes positions that can help with:
Early labor
Active labor
Back labor
Pushing
Resting between contractions
You don’t have to remember everything—you just look at the page and choose what feels right in the moment.
Birth isn’t just physical—it’s deeply mental and emotional.
Affirmations help you:
Replace fear-based thoughts with calm, grounded truths
Feel more connected to your body and your baby
Build confidence before labor even begins
Create a soothing, supportive environment in your birth space
In this bundle, you’ll find affirmations for:
Pregnancy – to ease anxiety and help you trust your body and baby

It’s especially helpful if you:
Feel anxious about labor and want something concrete to hold onto
Want your partner to feel more prepared and involved
Like having clear, printable visuals instead of just information in your head or on your phone
Leading up to the labor and birth of my first child, I watched all the videos, read all the blogs and books, did all the things. I felt totally prepared. But when the big day arrived, it was like suddenly all the information I had taken in became jumbled and distant and inaccessible. My mind was too clouded by my pain and anxiety. Nothing went according to plan, and I was deeply unsatisfied with that birth experience. I know now that if I had had some practical tools that my partner and I could have used, everything might have turned out totally differently. I have now been a doula and childbirth educator for about eight years and am constantly still learning and cultivating more tools I can share with growing families to help empower them to on their parenthood journeys. This bundle is something I would have loved to have at my own birth and am so excited to share it with you :)
